Practice using AI on everyday technician tasks

AI tools are becoming ubiquitous – the question is not if technicians will use AI, but how – and whether that use improves safety, quality, and throughput.

>
AI fundamentals for technicians – how it works and where it fails
>
Using ChatGPT and Gemini as proxies for workplace AI assistants
>
Creating professional shift handoff and escalation reports
>
Writing clear problem descriptions and technical notes
>
Spotting AI errors, hallucinations, and unsupported claims
>
Basic data analysis – identifying patterns and summarizing findings
>
Working with realistic scenarios – alarms, recurring faults, quality escapes
>
Using AI safely at work – data security, company policy, and validation

Participants are encouraged to bring a work challenge – something time-consuming, unclear, or frustrating – to explore during the session. Just a description, not actual company data.
